Happens to the best of us. Here's the deal:
✅ What You Can Return
Pretty much everything:
- Unworn socks: In original packaging, tags on. Obviously.
- Worn once: Tried them on, didn't love them? Fine. We trust your judgment.
- Gift returns: They weren't their thing. No explanation needed.
- Wrong size: Feet lied. It happens. Exchange or refund, your choice.
- Changed your mind: "Wait, do I need more socks?" No. But you can still return.
🔄 How to Return (It's Easy)

Send your order number to returns@sockibuki.com
Get Label
We send a prepaid return label. No cost to you.
Ship It
Drop off at any post office. We'll wait.
Get Refund
Money back in 3-5 business days. Done.
⏰ The Fine Print (Not Really Fine)
📅 30-Day Window
From the day your socks arrive. Not from order date, not from shipping date. From when you actually have them in your hands.
Day 29: "Meh, these aren't for me." Still valid.
Day 31: "Actually..." Sorry, that's outside the window.
What We Can't Accept
- Socks you've worn for 3 months and washed 20 times. That's not "changed your mind," that's "used the product."
- Items without original packaging (we need to resell them, can't be garbage).
- Items damaged after delivery (your dog ate them, that's on your dog).
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers (seriously, who does this?).
💰 How Refunds Work
- Full refund: Shipping costs too. We eat the cost.
- Original payment method: Goes back to whatever card/PayPal you used.
- Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Gift orders: Refund goes to original purchaser. Unless it's a mystery, then we figure it out.
Pro tip: Keep your tracking number until you see the refund. Just in case.
🔄 Exchanges
Wrong size? Different style? No problem.
- Same process as returns: email returns@sockibuki.com
- Mention you want an exchange in your email
- Tell us what you want instead (if it's in stock, we'll reserve it)
- Ship your return, we ship the exchange
Important: If your new choice costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
😬 Damaged or Defective?
That's on us. Not you.
- Tear in the fabric? Send us a photo, new pair incoming.
- Wrong item? Our bad. Keep it (or return it) + get what you ordered.
- Missing pair? We count twice, but sometimes we're wrong. We'll make it right.
- Hole right out of the box? That's a manufacturing defect. Full replacement or refund.

🌍 International Returns
A bit tricklier, but still possible:
- 30-day rule still applies (from delivery date)
- You're responsible for return shipping to our US warehouse
- We recommend tracked shipping (in case it gets lost)
- Exchanges: You'll need to pay shipping both ways (sorry, international shipping is expensive)
