📦 How Long Does It Take?

We ship within 36 hours of your order. Once it leaves our warehouse, here's what to expect:

⚠️ Business days = Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We can't control customs, but we do cross our fingers for you.

1. Order Placed — You get an order confirmation email. Check your spam if you don't see it.
2. Packed with Care — We pack your socks in recyclable packaging. No plastic, no waste.
3. Shipped — You'll get a tracking email within 36 hours.
4. In Your Hands — Socks arrive. You become happier. The world is slightly better.

📍 Where's My Order?

Once shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Click it. Watch your socks travel the country. It's weirdly satisfying.

No tracking email? Check your spam folder first — they like to hide there. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll hunt it down.

😬 When Things Go Wrong

Lost Package?

If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it: Check with neighbors, check your mailbox, check behind the planter. Still missing? We'll reship or refund. Your call.

Wrong Address?

Email us ASAP at hello@sockibuki.com. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it. If it has, we'll work with you to figure it out.

Damaged in Transit?

It happens. Send us a photo of the carnage and we'll make it right. New socks, full refund, your choice.

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide! A few things to know:

• Customs fees: These are your responsibility. We can't control what your country charges.
• Delivery times: Can vary based on customs clearance. Sometimes fast, sometimes... less fast.
• Tracking: Available for most countries, but some local postal services don't update until delivery.
